The torpedo roll sort of makes this whole sandwich, I swear they are fresh out of the oven every time I get one. The banh mi is not for the cilantro faint of heart! And those huge chile slices are HOT. Eye-watering hot. Mmmm.

ReplyDeleteI just had my first banh mi sandwich this past weekend, with tofu of course, and it was SO good. The thing is, I hate cilantro, so I had mine without...so I guess that's kind of cheating, huh?
