Hot Milk Cake



See the awesome way the cake stuck to the pan? Lesson learned: butter AND flour your pan. The cake itself was sort of tough and spongy. Not very sweet. It tasted ok though. I'm going to chalk this one up to a lame recipe and not my questionable baking skills.

  1. hot milk is no good. please do NOT make a tres leches cake. but this actually looks tasty.
